Context
An alpine residence in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites
Residence Il Vigo di Marilleva is a 230-apartment property located in Marilleva 1400, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites, in Trentino. Directly accessible from the ski slopes in both winter and summer, the property offers a complete mountain setting for its guests. For its parking vehicle access management, the residence chose Laserline Safety and Security Systems s.r.l., an Italian security specialist, which has launched its new Parking Solutions division with this project as its first installation. Laserline chose SPARK, Orbility's vehicle access management solution, to secure and automate the residence's parking entrance.

The solution deployed
The license plate as an access key
SPARK deployed an automatic license plate recognition solution at the parking entrance. Authorization is linked to check-in: the guest's vehicle is matched to their booking at check-in. An automated barrier controlled by the SPARK kiosk manages access, no ticket, no app required.
Once registered, guests have nothing further to do: their plate becomes their access key for the entire stay.
